Greetings & Salutations from the Great State of Washingt
I recently was associated with some sportbike forums. However, I got tired of the egos and hypocritical talk of safety while hearing stories of derring do riding. So I surfed for some sane site and came upon this forum.
Hope to meet some of ya'll some day, especially if you're from the Seattle-Tacoma area. I live in Federal Way and am looking for safe, sane riding partners (short day rides preferable) in the area.
My bike is a 1974 BMW R90S (25000 original single owner miles). I also have a 1973 Triumph Bonneville (7500 original single owner miles). My son has a 2002 Suzuki GS500K2 and this is his first year of riding.

The CB360 in your avatar sure brings back memories. Back in the day, I really wanted a Honda CB360 but ended up with a 1971 BSA 650 Lightning instead. In the Seattle area, the CB350s and later 360s were very popular and numerous. I can't remember when Honda went from the 350 to the 360, but the tank on the 360 was much more stylish.cb360 wrote:Hey there Moshee and welcome. My wife keeps me tied up pretty good, but there's group rides of all kinds around here - check out the calendar at soundrider.com

KWong is my son. The 2002 Suzuki GS500K2 is his bike. The 1974 BMW R90S is my ride. I guess, unbeknownst to me, KWong posted pics of our rides while I was working.
Thank you all for your warm welcome. I'm sure this forum will be fun and instructive.
