and that's it.

as a general rule, cagers are oblivious to the presence of motorcycles, and will quite cheerfully pull in front of you, cut you off, change lanes into you, and otherwise make your riding experience as harrowing and nerve wracking as possible.

With practice and visual acuity, though, it is possible to predict the mostly erratic actions of a cager and preemptively avoid the worst they can throw at you.

It is impossible to make yourself seen by cagers, unless dressed in black pants, tan shirt, and white 3/4 helmet with mirrored sunglasses. cagers will then drive the speed limit and leave you lots of room, avoiding you like the plague.

While you can make yourself heard by cagers (straight pipes), this tends to annoy them more than anything else and cause them to lobby the government for tighter noise restrictions. Either that, or they just stop paying attention to what they are doing and try to find the source of that really annoyingly painful sound, leading to multi-car pile-ups and blocked freeways.

Cheers. 8)

Confused.

You're supposed to ride the bike, not haul it around.
