Why don't all tires come tubeless like on cars? seems like they could be repaired much easier. Wouldn't even have to take the tire off if you had a nail.

People like the wire wheels which require the tubes to seal them. If we only bought cast wheels with tubeless tires, the bike mfgs. would supply them. It's a matter of appearance over function for so many on our market.
I had one bike with tube type tires about 20 years ago and would never have another without tubeless tires.

There is a company called Wheel Works at wheel-works.com that for $59.00 per wheel makes your tires tubless. Is a 2 part sealant process. Says it reduces weight thus running cooler than with a tube. Anyone ever tried this company before?

Hi Brent, I don't know what kind of bike you have, but sometimes it's better not to convert. Tubeless tires rely on the bead to hold the air in, and on some tube tire rims, there's not sufficient bead to create a reliable seal. Therefore if one of your tires is a little low you might risk a blowout.
Maybe ask around - see if anyone else w/ the same bike has gone through this conversion process before you spend your money.
Another option would be to find some tubeless wheels that will work w/ your bike.
