My bike likes flooding itself

So when i kickstart my bike it has to start on the first kick otherwise it floods itself and i have to wait for an hour before trying again. Then when it finally starts it revs a lot but then after a minute it's fine and runs nicely but if i stall it i have to w8 2 hours before trying to start it again, ples help sorry for mi bad english
