Fouling plugs
I have a '68 175 Honda with 1000 miles on it that was here when I bought my place, good deal right but its driving me crazy with fouling plugs. I've put about a dozen new correct spark plugs in her and if I ride it even for 5 minutes sometimes it won't fire on one or both plugs next time when engines cold. But if I hold the plug wire 1/4'' from the plug it will fire, than after 20 seconds I put it back on the plug and I'm good to go. Whats going on do I need a hotter or cooler plug ? I've installed the correct type # plug.
