High volume handlebar mounted master cylinder?

I have a 1969 Servicar, but am also in a wheelchair and so have to have handlebar mounted brakes. This is great for the front brake, but the rear brakes have slave cylinders on drum brakes similar to old VW brakes. My problem is finding a handlebar mounted brake cylinder that gives enough juice to expand the two slave cylinders enough to give effective braking. At the moment, I need to pump the lever to put enough juice through and this is not road worthy. Any suggestions?
