Thoughts on adding LED lights on high viz vests?

Hey folks, a friend of mine is thinking about designing a motorcycle vest with some cool features on it. We are interested in hearing your thoughts on a couple of questions:
1. Do you wear high viz vests while riding a motorcycle? Why or why not?
2. Do you want LED lights installed on your motorcycle jackets or vests? Why or why not?
3. Do you want communication devices (radio, bluetooth, etc) installed on your jackets or vests? Why or why not?
4. How much are you willing to pay for a motorcycle high visibility vest with LED lights and communication technology installed on it?
