New rider around

Hello everyone,

I've recently been growing more and more interested in motorcycles, after a couple rides with friends. The thing is that I'm not familiar with them, at all, but I liked the rides, and I think a motorcycle will be a better way of getting around than a car, as I'm moving this summer to Western Europe (there are several cities I could be sent to by my job, but they're all in Spain, France, Italy or Germany, so I'm saying "Western Europe"), and the populated, but geographically small cities there aren't always easy to navigate around on 4 wheels.

I thus joined this forum, as to learn more about motorcycles, and to find out whether they're the right "tool" for me.
