Hey guys just wondering what would be a better bike to
Have, 2019 Dong fang ghost 250cc or 2003 buel blast?

Welcome! I'm not familiar with those bikes. I usually sit on the bike and take it for a spin to feel if it is a comfortable fit for me.

Oh wow, I never heard of that model before. How much is your budget for a new bike?

The blast is a 500. Way bigger, also a different style of bike. Apples to oranges. Would depend on what you want to do. The fact you can buy the 250 on Amazon makes me a little suspicious of the quality.
