Phone vs. Tablet for Biking Navigation: Please help to choose

Last weekend, when I was riding my bike, my tablet was thrown out because the bracket was not fixed properly. It was still working when I found it. Later, I couldn't charge it after navigating back home. So I want to ask for help:
1. Has anyone used this brand? Is there a repair shop in California? I usually use it well, and I want to find an original factory repair or replacement parts. The nameplate says K8 Active, designed by AOZORA.
2. Do you have any other navigation apps or devices to recommend? My phone uses Google Maps for navigation, but it is not very convenient. It is blurry and not very clear during the day, and the screen is too small, and the voice playback cannot be heard while riding.
Any suggestions are appreciated, thank you in advance.

A GPS device really is the best option for keeping track and staying safe, especially when you’re out biking in unfamiliar areas. It gives you real-time location updates and can even help if you run into trouble. I’d recommend checking with samsung electronics customer support to see if they offer any special GPS devices designed specifically for bikes or outdoor use. They might have some cool gadgets with features like longer battery life, waterproofing, or even integration with your phone for easier navigation. It’s always worth asking—they might have promotions or newer models that aren’t widely advertised yet

Sorry about your tablet, it still hurts! I don't know AOZORA, but maybe a local Android repairman could help you, even without original parts.
Personally, I switched to a Garmin Edge type bike GPS: super readable in daylight, battery on top, and strong attachment.
For apps, Komoot or Ride with GPS are much more convenient than Google Maps by bike.
Good luck for the rest!
