They are noisy this time of year and I actually had one in my shoe this morning that scared the carp outta me.

What's a 'Yank'. Anyone around here know what a 'Yank' is? Does it stridulate loudly, especially in someone else's cornfield?bennettoid wrote:

Cricket is about equal to soccer 
as far as a way to waste time...... all in all, I'd rather have a good yank than watch either activity.
