I passed MSF basic rider this weekend!

Woo Hoo!
I only lost 3 points for going over the line on my second U-turn in the box.
I rode a 250 nighthawk for the whole thing. chose this bike as it is a UJM and the style of bike I'm leaning towards riding/buying. It fit me perfectly (I'm 5'6"). though i didn't have best score of the class (that fell to two others that aced it.) I still did quite well with a score of 3 (0 = best; 20 =fail)
I'm soo happy.
Next the DMV written test and I will be certifiable!
then it's on to the bike purchase????
Been pricing Nighthawks (650's), Kawasaki Zephyr's, suzuki GS500E's, Ninja EX500's, and ducati Monster 620's (the monsters are a bit pricey though)
so far the best price is a '83 Nighthawk 650 with 45K mi. for $800 hope to check it out this week.
Not many GS500E's around that is the bike I would prefer.
