What's your favorite motorcycle mag?

#1 Unread post by Grunt »

I'm looking for your opinions on your favorite motorcycle magazines and why. I have picked up Rider, Motor Cyclist and Cycle World. I'm sure there are other mags out there but that's all they had at my book store. Any recommendations appreciated.

Actually, there was another bike magazine I carried around everywhere I went. It's called BIKE and originates from England. There was a section that rates all the latest bikes and also give an insurance designation for each. That was VERY helpful in my search for a new bike. Good reading except for all the mental metric conversions going on in my head. whew.

I like Fast Bikes magazine from the UK. You could get it at Barnes and Nobles for an imported price of like 13 bucks. Its basically all about sportbikes, so if those aren't your typa bikes, then this ain't your typa mag. As an added bonus, since its printed in the UK they have the occasional boob showage on their pages.

I don't subscribe to any yet, but from what I've read at Barnes and Noble, I like this one called road runner most. It seems to mostly have articles on certain paths to take in many different areas.

I also liked flipping through motorcycle cruiser and motorcycle escape, but I think if I were to subscribe to one, it would be road runner.

I like Performance Bikes, a UK mag. I also like Superbike alot, they are extremely politically incorrect at times, a refreshing change for those who live in the states. They write their magazine how they ride, like a bunch of lunatics.

The UK mags seem to have alot more articles and info, which is why they get the nod from me.
