adjusting the front wheel spokes

Hey, I'm new to the riding scene and I had a flat on my bike the other morning. I was riding fine until I turned and then notice the flat. Not sure how long I had been riding on it. Its a nighthawk 250 and I think the front wheel is out of round. Can you adjust the front spokes to pull it back in and if so how, or should I spend the money and let the shop do?

My advide would be to spend the money to get it done perfectly right, else when you corner, it'll feel like its always on a rough surface, potentially breaking traction easier.
also if it's seriously out, it could also increase the chances of a highside

Also, if it's REALLY out there, it may be cracked. Which means new wheel. But yes, get it done by a shop/dealer/etc.
