That's an interesting idea, I'd have to see how much interest there would be for one...
But....... the community doesn't differentiate between scooter and motorcycle riders... We are just one big happy bunch that share the love of riding on two wheels... So scooter (and all other types of riders) are welcome in any forum already.

Oh yes, forsure! We are called "Total Motorcycle" and encompass all fun things on two wheels.
Also in our 2006 Motorcycle Model Guide we have added the full range of scooters from all manufacturers.
We even have a special scooter Emoticon too!
