So i was curious and decided to go to Suzuki Japan's website, it seems that they have a absence of 600cc bikes, its weird to me i suppose not only do theys not have 600cc class bikes but there are absolutly no fully faired bikes at all.

The biggest "Mid size bike" they have is a 400cc bike anyone know why? i would assume its because of the road structure there, not as many highways and all that jazz. meh anyway the SV400 is a freakin sweet bike and i wa nt one...

Getting a proper link

big but it works.[/url]

Nope, it's not all that fast from everything I've read about it. It is heavy too. It could have been a great bike, but Suzuki jammed out. :?

It's funny how they are usually a few years ahead of where we are even though the retro models now make them look like they are behind. Is it just me or does this one look exactly like a '90 Kawasaki Zepher 550?????

The GSX1400 is a rather popular bike over here - it's the main contender to my bike, the XJR. Havent had chance to ride one as yet, but managed to get a leg over a couple at the shows. The riding position is certainly similar to that of the xjr, and I believe most of the weight is low-slung, so should feel better when riding.

I really dig the retro bikes they save for the domestic market. Here are a few Hondas and one Suzuki that I would be interested in:

No Gixxers? not a single one. I find that hard to believe. But then again they had one of their weird gentlemans agreements for bikes limiting them to 100hp up until recently, kinda like that weird thing they had where their cars were limited to 276hp. IIRC they finally kicked the 276hp limit to the side with the latest WRX and Lancer EVO. Would have to go away with the new GTR supposedly putting out 450-500hp when it comes out.

You're right. And the Zephyr 550 looked a lot like the KZ550 of the early 80s. Spooky! When you think about it though , they didn't call 'em UJMs for nothin'.
