A what in my crotch/a rocket?

All most midnight here and I was thinking about those darn crotch rockets. Who came up with that name? You would think someone would out law those things. They are probably as safe as and old Honda three wheel ATV. They sound like my mixer on my kitchen counter.
Gotcha: some of you people are so easy.
Ok the kid is a sleep and I don’t think he has noticed the miles going up on his Kawasaki 600 (not that swift) Just a short ride around here I am not that far from PA just and hour or so. Hehehehe. Byeeeeeeee

what the hell? Does this make any sense to anyone else here? The only thing i got was a question about croch rockets, if by that you mean mini bikes, they are illegal on the streets of california and probably other things, as for the 2ed paragraph, what on earth are you bableing about? And what do the two have to do with each other?

Crotch rocket = sportbike.
What I got out of it is sportbikes are horribly unstable and have really whiney engines. Then that it was just a joke.
Then I got that he stole his son's (?) crotch rocket and rode around in the middle of the night.
