I need some pants!

I've got all my other gear, but haven't been able to find any pants locally.
The only thing I've seen is pants that look like snow pants! Big and thick and bulky.
I did see some Joe Rocket jeans but they seemed so thin. Do these really protect? I wouldn't mind them if maybe had hip and knee protection like the spine, shoulder, and elbow protectors in my Dianese jacket.
Leather pants would be fine too if they were perforated and were loose cut like a pair of jeans. Or a synthetic fiber but again, as long as they dont look like snow pants!

Any suggestions?

Heard good things about Draggin jeans

If I cant source some jeans/bike trousers I like locally then I'll be hitting their website for the cargo pants.

Expensive, but the next best thing to wearing leathers everywhere.

I like my pair of Draggin' Jeans. I bought a pair of the relaxed cut jeans and they're quite nice. I'm not sure about their sizing, though. I have a set of jeans that are a bit baggy that are a 38" waist and the 38" waist Draggin' Jeans were like a freaking tent! After a painless exchange I have a set of 36" waist jeans and they're still a bit baggy, but they work well.

The kevlar feels pretty good. You certainly feel a bit safer with the material there and it looks fine off the bike (a plus for a college student like myself).

just wear comfortable jeans and get a pair of chaps or leggings.

I ended up getting a pair of Draggin Utility Jeans. The sizing was right on and they are pretty comfortable. So far so good! :)
I also picked up the knee armor to go with the jeans but havn't figured out how to install them in the knees... :|
