i used the searce option and had a quick look but didnt find what i was looking for and thought this to be the best place to post . i currently own a 99' fireblade and am having trouble well alot of trouble trying to get it on the back wheel . now on my dirtbikes thats all i used to do was wheelie everywhere . the many times i have tried to "pop it up" it seems all the bike wants to do is spin so any "genuine" imput would be appreciated .
Cheers Whizza

If your tire is real new it might still be a little slick though that probably isn't the whole problem. I'd stop trying while you are still ahead but that's just me. I've never really been a wheelie kind of guy.

red line it with it in first gear then let your hand slip off the clutch lever.
dont sound like you know the first thing about a wheelie on anything.

That Blade will get up in 2nd no problem, but there is an art to getting a bike up and that Blade is heavy. If you are serious get some expert instruction before you kill yourself.
