In California i cant find anything that stays of claims to be the MSF? But i get alot of CMSP things that say they can give endorsements as well. Anyone know about this CMSP thing, from what ive read on their site they seem the same, just want to make sure.

From what I can tell on the website the CMSP seems to be the same thing only it's administrated by the Highway Patrol. When you do a search on the MSF site, it goes directly to the CMSP site.
