V-Strom and V-Star...

#1 Unread post by Shiv »

Are they the same thing? I see V-Stars (I believe that's the name) all over the place but I've never seen a V-Strom.

I've also searched cycle trader around my area for a V-Strom and a DL but to no avail. Just V-Stars, V-stars, and V-Stars.

Who makes V-Strom anyways? Maybe I'm searching the wrong manufacturer (Suzuki I believe).

And on a side note, if they're different, just how much different?

"V-Stars" are Yamaha's old line of cruisers.

Ok that's what I needed to know.

Wonder why they had V-Stars under Suzuki though...maybe I misread it.

v-stroms are Suzuki's...
Of course I'm generalizing from a single example here, but everyone does that. At least I do.
