SPEED FIGHT 2

Hi, tonight im going to look at a peugeot speedfight 2 50cc. As this is my first ever scooter i dont no what to check before buying, it seems like a bargain for 200pounds. Can anyone help me out here so i dont end up buyin something with serious problems on it. cheers.

Good evening.

I am guessing you are somewhere in the UK.

My used bike guied dosnt include Scooters but £200 isnt a lot of money. Checking eBay 3 or 4 year old models seem to be hitting £700.

If its good its a bargain, but with a price that low I'd be freaked.

Get them to run the engine for you, what them go up and down - the gear box can be a weakness because its automatic.

If its not a complete Nail and you like it make an arrangement to buy subject the inspection of an independant mechanic, possibly even AA.
