Who take passengers on their bike, how many of you actually have adequete gear?

Are they the right size for your passenger or are they your extras?

No riders, I can't take that risk for someone else.

I'm currently no allowed to take a pillion, but when I finally take the full tet, I will refuse to take anyone without at least jacket lid and gloves (either their gear or mine - preferably there's as it would probably fit better)

Jacket, Lid and Gloves - and nowadays, the proper trousers, too!

Have taken many pillions, and now ride more with a pillion than without (Miss_C667).

We do not ride now without the correct kit - it's just not worth the risk.

I don't mind taking passengers on my motorcycle. I feel that it can only promote riding by having a non-rider enjoying what motorcycling is like! :D

I really want to buy a helmet to take passengers who do not have a helmet for a ride. But I'm not sure what size I should buy and since I don't know how often it will be used, what type! I think it will be a 1/2 helmet for the random passenger as they are cheap, easy to carry and offer some protection for the rare ride they will get. Horrible I know, but if they want to ride with me more I'll ask that they buy their own proper helmet.

It may just be sheer luck, but I have a small helmet as a spare - and that's fit at least 4 different people at various times!

Must just be a common headsize!

the other option you've got, mike, is to buy a couple of budget full-face lids of different sizes.- at least they's offer more protection than the shortie...

You are right, those budget full-face lids are not much more than 1/2 helmets.... I really don't know what I was thinking when I said 1/2 and not full face! sssssslap! Thanks. :D
