What year of frames will interchange with a 89 cr 250 or what year can i use my suspension and motor on ????

I would be tempted to bet that only '88 and '89 frames could be swapped back and forth without much modification. Early frames are built to hold a different engine case/pipe blueprint and the generation after the '88-'89's uses different bodywork and suspension. Your best chance is to stay in the same generation as your bike.
