Riding With a Permit at night

i've heard a couple of things from different people, some of them cops....not sure who is right.
...I have a Licence for Driving cars and a permit for motorcycles.....
On the Permit it states the following:
1. You may not carry passengers except for licensedinstructors.
2. you may not ride on free ways
3. you may not ride at night.
read the poll, which one will happen if i "ride it at night" having only my permit?
P.S. if you ride safe at night & nothing happens, what are the chances of you still getting pulled over? ......i mean i doubt i'll get pulled over just if a cop *thinks* i'm on a permit....right?
EDIT: This is just for commuting if it's really neccessary.

How about for once, we just don't break the law, and only ride during the day?

Assume the worst case scenario.
What happens if you are involved in an accident?
If American law is anything like UK law you'll get nailed totally, because you shouldnt have been there in the first place regardless of what happened in the accident.
"Commuting" sounds like you are thinking about doing it regularly, the odds of getting caught go up every time you do it. "On a long enough timeline yadda yadda yadda..."

Then I hope they take away your bike for good.

I did the same thing for about 2 weeks in CA. I'm not sure how old you are or what your driving experience is, so it's hard to say. I would venture to guess the younger you are and the more severe the infraction, the steeper the penalty. Make sure to CYA!!!

i know here in TX that if we go to school or work during hours that a permit declears illegal, the permit's laws are invalid. you'd be scott free.
plus cycles are exempt to being stopped by cops....
