We got a few inches last sunday and monday. most of it is still around thanks to below zero temps this week. should go away this weekend as its supposed to hit almost 50.

If you take your XR out in the snow definately get some pics. Would be cool to see a dirt bike covered in snow (and probably the rider too)

Tomorrow the temps around here are supposed to get into the upper 50's!! I will be out riding for as much of the day as I can manage in my schedule. Most assuredly we'll be getting more winter-like weather soon after, so I'm going to enjoy it while I can.

Cheers,
Loonette

It snowed a bit on the local mountians last night, but, as usual, it warmed up during the day.

24 days with rain.
4 days away from a record.

24 days of rain!?!?!?!?!? that is a lot. The weather here has been pretty clear except for it being real cold.

Yes, that is why you hear funny slogans or see bumper stickers with sayings like...."In Vancouver you don't tan, you rust."

Or why Vancouver gets called Raincouver.
Or the West Coast becomes the Wet Coast.

There is a restaraunt here called Raincoast. Don't know where they got that idea.

Although winter time is not usually quite this wet. I'd rather it dry and cold.

We get all our rain in a week, then drought for the rest of the year. When it does rain, it can pound you flat.
I spent my therapy money an a K1200S
The therapy worked, I got a GS now
A touch of insanity crept back in the shape of an R1200R

Man, NO rain here for a while but we are breaking records with the HEAT!!!!!!!!

It's been 40C/105F for ages now & I was told a world record is imminent for the most hot days in a Town in a row....

whatever.....it's been like an oven here.

Still didn't stop me from riding, but it will be nice to see the Temp come down a bit....Phew!
