I have been looking(unsucessfully) to find Leather 1 piece suit for my husband.. and is
just plain black.. and it must be
WARM.. He had to stop riding his bike this winter because it just got too cold.. He was Wearing 3sweat shirts and HD leather jacket over his reg. clothes with leather chaps, and carhart overalls over that.. He bought gloves from the motorcycle shop but they're not warm enough either.. I was hoping to get this for christmas but now i'm not sure....
Any and all help would be much appreciated..

oh and i forgot...here's the tough part

I'm not sure you will find a one piece leather suit that is going to be warmer than all the clothing already being worn.
Take a look at:
http://www.belstaffusa.com/
I have used the Belstaff gear for cold and wet weather for 30+ years and have no complaints.

Have you considered getting him heated gear instead? Heated vest+gloves+pants= very warm.
You can also get heated jacket liners (include sleeves), grips, and socks.
If you go really really expensive you can even get a setup with a built in thermostat to keep everything at one temperature.
Most leather gear isn't very warm by itself.

You definitely ought to have a look at heated gear...
Gerbings makes an electric jacket liner, pants, and even socks and gloves.
Nice and TOASTY. All you need to do beyond that is add a windproof layer on top to keep the wind from stealing the heat.

we are in ks and most of the time in the winter it is around 25F. but alot of the time we get alot of neg. wind chills... not real cold compared to the colderparts of the country.. but we are fairly dry here and do not receive alot of snow very often.. so he said he would ride if it wasnt so uncomfortable... Thank you everyone for your posts i had not heard of heated wear yet and i will look into it..
thanks
