French Gendarme' Motorcycle Jacket

Greetings from Iraq! I was wondering if anyone can identify the type of jacket issued to the French Gendarme' Motorcycle Division? I was curious if they were special in any way, and if they were perhaps something to look into. Thanks, everybody!

if that the cade think about it!
i bought some motorcycle pants online
and they are made for the snow
they weigh like 10 pounds or more!!
a friend of mine brought them and he almost killed me!!
