I'm looking to buy my first bike and was wondering how many mile is too much? I know that lower miles most of time means more dependablity but what is good for a first bike? In a car, 100,000 is a big turning point, and I think that 150,000 to 175,000 miles is too much in car. But what about a motorcycle? And what is a good choice for a first motorcycle? I was looking at something between a Honda nighthawk or something like a honda 599. What type is a good beginners bike?
Oh...i'm 25yo, 160, athletic, 5'8"

As for miles, it depends. As for your choice of beginner bike, no.
