I'm a bit dissapointed by the apathy shown on this message forum. Only 3 replies? C'mon people.
Here is a copy of my letter to the media and the FCC.

Dear FCC,
There is an old saying, "With great power comes great responsibility."
On the morning on 12 January 2006, the radio station 105.3 in San Francisco had the morning disc jockeys make the following statements on the air regarding motorcyclists:
Woody: Nothing would make me happier than to watch somebody, and I actually seen this one time, somebody open a door and take you out as you're trying to squeeze through people who have been sitting in traffic for 45 minutes.
Tony: If it didn't rip my door off I'd probably do it.
Woody: Now I don't want to see anybody get hurt, honestly, but I mean you just get so mad so frustrated that you're like you know what I hope you... It's kind of like those guys that haul "O Ring" past you on the freeway... going like 160 mph on their crotch rocket, and I'm like, you know what, I hope you crash.
Raify: It's like, I look forward to seeing you up ahead...
Woody: Splattered
Raify: Splattered
Woody: Just for being an A-hole, right?
All three of them immaturely and ignorantly encouraged acts of violence upon fellow citizens. Making such threats and encouraging such acts are both immoral and illegal and could technically be considered an "incitement to riot" and imprison them for a year. According to California Penal Code Sections 404.6 Paragraphs A & B:
(a) Every person who with the intent to cause a riot does an act or engages in conduct that urges a riot, or urges others to commit acts of force or violence, or the burning or destroying of property, and at a time and place and under circumstances that produce a clear and present and immediate danger of acts of force or violence or the burning or destroying of property, is guilty of incitement to riot.
(b) Incitement to riot is punishable by a fine not exceeding one thousand dollars ($1,000), or by imprisonment in a county jail not exceeding one year, or by both that fine and imprisonment.
Clearly, the 3 disc jockeys statements qualify for Paragraph A - "Every person who ... urges others to commit acts of force or violence, or the ... destroying of property, and at a time and place and under circumstances that produce a clear and present and immediate danger of acts of force or violence or ... destroying of property, is guilty of incitement to riot."
If any driver of a motor vehicle were to assault a motorcyclist, due to the encouragement the 105.3 DJs were inciting in the public, I would implore that motorcyclist to bring criminal charges against the driver, Woody, Tony, Raify, and the 105.3 radio station responsible for putting those DJs on the air.
With great power comes great responsibility. As media figures, in a public forum, Woody, Tony and Raify clearly showed they do not possess the maturity, professionalism or responsibilty to wield the power of their positions as on-air-personalities. To protect fellow citizens from needless acts of violence, I think revoking their broadcasting licenses and ending their careers in radio is the only reasonable and safe course of action to protect the populous from their juvenile and ignorant messages.
Respectuflly,
