Motorcycle Schools

#1 Unread post by hdtech »

Hey everyone, new to the forum, first of all sayin hi to everyone. I am looking to go to either MMI or AMI for motorcycle technology. I am currently working in an H-D dealership here in Lancaster, PA. I was wondering if anyone here has ever attended these schools or know anyone who has. I am looking for some feedback as to which to go to. I know that the big advantage to MMI is that they are a H-D accredited school, but, I already have passed the tests through my dealership. Any and all feedback would be grately appreciated. Thanks in advance! :D

first off welcome to the forums. As for the schools. I have heard of AMI and heard good things about it. But i think the best by far sounds like AAI (arizona automotive insitute) they do cars, diesels, and bikes. Its a nice campus in a fun area. Look into it. BUt AMI i have heard good things about

I was kind of leaning towards AMI, have heard good things about it, just wanted to know what others heard. Thanks! If anyone else knows anything, let me know.

A buddy of mine went to MMI in Phoenix. He said the HD courses were great, but the import classes were not very good. He is a certified tech for both H-D and Honda, but he says he doesn't feel confident working hondas at all. I think he said the import clasees only last 12 weeks.
