I didn't read the whole thing, admittedly.
One, it was long. Two, the story seems to be poorly written (it was hard to follow at some points and the grammar was kinda off).
But from the gist of it the EPA wants motorcycles to use a new emissions system to reduce pollution.
This new emissions system wouldn't be able to be produced/serviced by small bike shops.
Thus they would have to close down and thousands of shops/jobs would be lost in the process.
Is that about all it said?
