Everytime i come to lights or stop signs when im about to stop (like 3000 rpms) under 10 mph it stalls and i come to a stop where i need to, but then i have to put it in N and start it again.
what causes this?

If it's under hard braking, it's probably due to incorrect float heights in your carbs. Specifically, the floats are too low, preventing a decent fuel flow to the motor, causing it to stall out.

hmm...makes sense...seeing as how now my bike wont start either. sounds like it's not getting enough air and gas. i checked spark plugs, and air filter, so im convinced my carbs are being lame.
yay/nay?

Low floats could cause a no-start condition if they are low enough. Little to no fuel in the motor would cause it to not start.
