I got my first bike a few days ago (CBR 125 R) and have a slight problem.
At the moment I don't have a manual for it and the battery's flat.
I have a charger but can't for the life of me work out how to take the seat off so I can get at it.
Any help would be great

If you bought it new (or used) at a dealer or bike sales lot, then call them and tell them to get over and fix it or take it back. There's no way you should accept a bike that inonly a few days the battery is flat and there is no service or owner's manual. Get them out to your place and demand that they fix it by whatever means is necessary.
Just learn to say "No".... it drives 'em crazy.

Look for a lock on the tail section of your bike along side the seat. Most bikes have a helmet lock/seat release that is unlockable using the ignition key.
