got to test my tinted shield at night.
it's not bad, i can see clearly through it.
i know it's illegal for me riding at night but i thought i can make it back before dark. anyway, my BRC is this coming weekend, i don't see any reason why i could fail but i better not get over-confident. once i get my lic, i won't be bothered by such restrictions.
also, coincidentally... i got a red scarf already... saw one while accompanying my sister and her boyfriend shopping.
i asked my sister's BF if he could take a vid of me riding w/ it some other day. this is gonna be interesting.

Why didn't you just ask your sister? Her BF's gonna think you're gay for asking him, considering the item in question lol.
Anyways I await videos of the Scarfed One.
By the way, go over the book you get in the MSF (should be black with red lettering) before you take the written part of the test. Just browse over it, especially concerning staggered formation riding.
My MSF didn't hit on formation riding and there were like 5 questions on the written portion about it. They weren't common sense questions either so I missed 4 of them and passed with a 75 (missed another question about riding over a grate).

and the BRC i took is 2 days straight... saturday morning lecture... saturday afrernoon riding. then next day sunday, riding again.
i thought the written test is only for the DMV. oh well, do they give it after the lecture part or before the final riding test?

Uhm...it is for the DMV. The MSF people don't give you your license. They give you a waiver that you take down to the DLB that says you don't have to take the riding portion, only the written one.

so only the riding test then. i'll be riding smaller bikes than mine so that should make it easy, right?
any tips? other than sleep early night before and bring plenty of water.

Respect the bike you get for the MSF, don't be complacent because it isnt carrying anywhere near as much power as your Bike.
Pretty much all Bikes will hoick the front wheel up in the air if you aren't paying attention so be smart, keep it smooth and everything should go alright.
