my gloves are starting to smell funky...
how do you guys clean yours? mine didn't come w/ instuctions like my jacket.
it has built in unremovable insulation so it's water proof. but my hand sweat is also getting stuck in it and has accumulated. now it smells funky and the smell kinda carries to hands even after i remove my gloves.
im not sure if i can just stick it to the washing machine since like i said, it didn't come w/ instructions.
help?

it's just that im not sure if the materials can be thrown in the washing machine.
plus the knuckle guards... i dunno if it will be messed up or if the washer can get messed up because of it.
thanks.

It's not going to hurt the washer. Use a cold setting, put it in a shirt and tie up the ends (keeps the knuckle guards from getting lots of extra scratches) and if it has leather then use low heat on the dryer.

Yeah those are my gloves and thats how I clean them. I wish I was wearing them where my hands were sweating though. Good ole 27 F weather over here in Virginia right now.

whenever i am afraid something will get messed up in the wash i tie it up in a pillowcase to add a layer of protection between it and the washer/dryer.

Be careful some of that leather dye can bleed off on to other clothing. Or it may discolor the gloves. I don't know I have never washed my gloves before.

instead of using a shirt, use an old pillow case. Just in case the dye bleeds a bit.

Oh don't listen to them! Alittle glove dye adds to your look. With all that frayed, old, rugged crap being the fashion, you'll fit right in.
