hey Oz isn't the coast of Austrailia the same way with the Great Whites?

I remember we would get em occasionally off the coast of New York but that was pretty rare. Tiger sharks and makos were the usual shark fare off of NY.

That one is actually dolphins in the surf in California.

See here--

http://www.snopes.com/photos/animals/surfer.asp

Origins: The photograph displayed above is indeed real, but it doesn't depict the hair-raising scene most viewers think it does.

This picture was taken by photographer Kurt Jones on 9 April 2003 at Surfrider Beach in Malibu, one of California's premier surfing beaches. But as the version of the photograph posted on the web indicates, however, the ominous-looking finned creature lurking just beneath the surface of the waves is a dolphin (possibly a bottlenose), not a shark.

Price of South Africa vacation--$3000.00
Price of taking a kayak trip in Africa---$300.00
Price of filling drawers when spotting a Man Eating Shark stalking you---Priceless
