1982 cb650 front brake HELP

ok I have tried bleeding this front brake forever 
I rebuilt the master cylinder and we cleaned the calapers and bled and bled 
but still no front brake... I know their is pressure at the cylinder when I put my thumb on it... I have had lots of fluid come out of the bleeder screw a couple of times but then it would stop any ideas?????
