On July 9, 2006, there will be an event, the third such, to show support of the military members currently deployed to the Middle East and their families. It is a motorcycle ride and rally that will begin and end at Destination Harley Davidson in Fife, with registration beginning at 8:00 AM, and departure time of 10:15 AM. It is an event created solely to give the general public an opportunity to demonstrate support visibly, and the money it generates is donated to support the troops and their families.

I'll put it on my calendar,,, maybe I can get up to Tacoma. Although I don't support this war in Iraq, I do support the troops and their families. We all don't have to agree on the war, but I hope everyone can voice support for the troops and the difficult mission they have been given. I am a veteran.
