Hey all. Ok, I want some kind of locking system that will let me secure my new ride down to the concrete floor. I checked out one system ware you drill holes through the floor and place an anchor system in. Then something locked to the rod that was sticking out the top of the concrete. Next you pass a chain through the top and BAM you got a good lock system. Problem is this company I found never answers E-Mail and that is the only contact method. So does any body have a link to something like this? Any one know a good way to do this ?

It has three screws that use concrete expansion sleeves to hold the shackle down, and then a couple more to hold the cover over the shackle unit. I use this to keep my bike locked on my sidewalk outside my house. Some might argue, but I think it would take serious heavy equipment to remove this once you install it properly. It comes with the concrete drill bits to make the holes for the concrete sleeves, which expand when you tighten the screws with the supplied allen wrench. You can also drop b-b's in the allen holes and tap in little covers to make removal of the allen bolts impossible.

That would be the ultimate, but he is not pouring a new amount. He is using existing concrete.

If he's serious about wanting a big angry security system, he'd break out the proper tools and start sweating.

On the other hand, the appearance of security will deter a lot of theives, anyways.

Now that is what I call security systems. Thanks a lot guys, you know your stuff. Both are well worth investigating for sure. The first one I could use two of in my play room, I plan on moving the couch and TV to the other side and removing the carpet ware the bike will sit and the concrete is 8" in that area to so it would be great. AT work in my shop we are pouring a new area of floor this summer to make it easyer to roll the jacks around with weight on them, so guess it looks like the second lock system will work out. My bike will sit right by my tool box. If any one knows of any other ideas please show us all.
