What's the easiest/safest way to clean a leather jacket? Dry Cleaning?

Leather requires special care. Not all dry cleaners do it, so search your Yellow Pages for one that does.
I'd remove any armor before leaving it for cleaning.

I was reading the back of my can of Protec-All and it says it can be used on "finished" leather. I was wondering if I could use it for spot cleaning to get the bugs off? It works better at that on my windscreens than Plexus!

Leather Jacket and cleaning? hummmmmmm

. That is really interesting topic.
I never clean my jacket unless I ride under the rain then it will get some of leather care spray.
I need to look tough since I'm just a tiny little person.

Just think how much sweat and stuff is in your jacket...
Reason I asked is because I got a used jacket off of Ebay today and I'll want to have it cleaned before throwing it on.

I couldn't use a used jacket from someone else. It doesn't feel right to me. I really don't like buying used stuff at all. I like new because that way I know what has been done to it, and it comforts me

True, but I got a jacket that retails for over $300 for $51 + shipping, so I couldnt complain...

Yeah, but usually by the time they hit closeout they're out of my size (44 US).
