finished it. 26.2 miles in 6 hours and 2 mins. Not to shabby for me

That's awsome!! I couldn't even finish a run that far. LoL

Well, if you gave me a couple of days I might be able to.


You were doing a little over 4 miles and hour. That's impressive to me.
Of course I'm generalizing from a single example here, but everyone does that. At least I do.

hahaha, well im damn sore after 6 hours of 4mph. Good thing bikes dont have feeling, cant image how sore theyd be after sat 10 mins of 60mph

Hey you made it. What an acomplishment, and a great story to tell. I ride mountain bike for about 8 or 9 miles in a clip about 4 or 5 times a week but never wanted to run, WOW what a work out you had. OK, now it's time to get ready for the next run. LOL

That is an awesome accomplishment. I am starting a walking program again, and trying to get ready to do my first 5k this fall....you make me wanna try harder now. :)
