Want to convert Japanese spec bike to U.S. specs

Does anyone know of a website where it lists which Japanese spec bikes can be converted to U.S. specs? I just bought a Kawi 400 ZZR in Japan and want to take it home if possible. thanks!

not much to convert. most of it is bueraucratic paperwork
