Ok so this is the first post of my blog for motorcycles, I am 17, almost 18. I have a Vespa scooter which my parents got me so I could go to school without their help. For my 18th birthday (April 8th), I am going to get a Ninja 250 Black 06. I finished my MSF Course last week and I passed.

So I will tell you a bit about my scooter. Its is a Vespa ET 2 (year 2k). Stock specs are 50cc. My dad bought it from a friend at work. He changed its mirrors, which is awsome cause the stock mirrors suck, and he changed it to 75cc. The scooter is sometimes disheartening. I can barely go 50. To get to school, I got on the road where the speed limit is 50, but everyone goes 60 and they pass me. Its also boring that I cant shift.

So in 17 days, I will be ridding a Ninja 250 and be very happy.

I live in Yorba Linda, CA

Ok so I was riding my Vespa to school today, and im still in the neighborhood. I was practicing using the brakes, like hit both hard then back off on the back brake. Well I wasnt really paying attention, and i looked up. I noticed i had to turn. Well im sure what happened, but I fell.

It was really wierd, i was like what the hell, how did i fall. So im royally pissed so i just up, and noticed that i slid out on the center line. Dammit i felt so stupid.

My jacket slid up when i fell so i have minor road rash on the hip. The jacket did good, so did my jeans. But what hurting me is my foot, I smashed it a bit when i fell. I got it x rayed and its not broken. But man does it hurt.................. Advil is my new friend.

Also, I am 99% sure i am still getting the ninja 250 for my b-day

That is from a post i posted somewhere else.

Does anyone know how to realign the vespa wheel with the handle bars. I really dont want to pay money to get it fixed. Basically asking if their is a easy, in my garage, way to fix handbar alignment for a vespa et2

Well errr, I guess its time to update. I never did get the 250 kawa for my bday. I joined the Army around Aug 06, and I am now stationed in Fort Bragg, NC

I own a 2006 sv650s. Which i love. It is a little messed on the left side right now, but its almost, fixed. I can't wait to ride it.

Fort Bragg? Did you go 11 Bravo? Since your last update you're probably almost out of the Army now. I hope you're still riding.
