Le Castellet. The BMW Motorrad World Endurance Team moved up into third place retroactively at the Bol d’Or in Le Castellet (FRA). The trio Kenny Foray (FRA), Ilya Mikhalchik (UKR) and Julian Puffe (GER) crossed the finish line in fourth place with the brand-new #37 BMW S 1000 RR, just four seconds behind the podium positions. Since the third-placed Team ERC Endurance were disqualified after scrutineering, the BMW Motorrad Endurance Team finished in third place in the final overall standings.
