Sweet outcome, you should be very very proud of yourself. I hope to do the bike I have as much justice when I am finished making it pretty and putting it into working order.

Re: women's jackets

I dont know if you are stuck on a mesh and leather jacket or not. I just found a great jacket - very affordable and fits perfect, it is not mesh and leather which I find too heavy over long periods of time.. The website is www.nelsonrides.com and they take custom orders. Good luck

Ara, Im bummed you are having a hard time healing from your surgery. I hope you are getting better as time goes on, if you find you dragging your @SS too much - GO BACK to the hospital or stop at a clinic and get checked out. When I was dispatching a gentleman called to say he wasnt feeling too well...

The people who are responding have a reason to be worried. Too many newbies buy bikes that are made fro riders who have been riding for years. Here is my suggestion. Go to a dealership and take some test rides. A 250 is going to ge you where you want to go and back safely. A 400 or 500 is as high a ...

If you do need to hem them, go to a place that can work on heavy duty materials. Most things are hemmable, you just need to have the proper equipment.

Man you guys are tough. When I bought my bike, I made certain to contact the seller a number of times, to learn as much as I could about the bike. We exchanged e mail for at least 2 weeks. If you post on craigslist, there is a thing called craigslist flakes. They are people who are living in lala la...

So take care at low speed if you're not used to this kind of bike. They excel at long distances at high speeds in comfort. Congrats on your acquistion. Never were more truer words typed. My ex-boyfriend had one, same color actually. He got popped going over 80 on one of the bridges in San Francisco...

80 and sunny sounds nice. In the San Francisco Bay Area, the storm door has just opened and we will be getting rain for the next 5 days - it is really about time, we need the rain. The Sierra are getting dumped on big time too, lots of snow for the ski hounds and snow bunnys will be thrilled. Nice s...

I have just started re-riding, and I got the 86 Honda nighthawk 700. I am a bit on the short side, but I like the feel of the bike. And I can flat foot. If your wife is starting out, I would suggest the Rebel or an older Ascot (why they named a bike an Ascot I will never know). The older bikes from ...

I would have absolutely gotten the management. The actions of this man were not only rude but not sanitary. My sister use to do something disgusting at the table. Wanted attention. She got it all right, we told he if she did not stop she would not longer be invited out for dinners. She is an ex-addi...

51 degrees in Southern Florida. Curl up with that pup of yours and stay warm. I wonder if you can get an electric blanket modified to plug into the bike  I read a quote the other day...
