Sigh...I went to the doctor today. My shoulder has ben bugging me for about 2 months, and as soon as I started to wind down after the MSF course, it was really hurting.

It appears as though I have managed to get a torn rotator cuff. I have an MRI next week. Which means no riding for now. And I just ...

Intermediate course? Very cool. i remember getting my MSF graduation and license. It was awesome.

I guess not every state has the intermediate course

In SC, the BRC only qualifies for the insurance discount. There's no license waiver. The IRC is the classroom portion plus the second day ...

I've been following the thread, and just wanted to add my own little pat on the back....

I changed up my routine after being stuck at the same weight for months. I now get up at 5 a.m. every morning and get to the gym before work (Monday through Friday). An hour of cardio and an hour of weight ...

I have the First Gear Rainman pants. They seem to be holding up well. I've had them out a few times since I got them, and my header tends to get pretty hot. Plus, they fold up into their own storage bag.

I started a new daily schedule-getting my fat butt up at 5:30 a.m. to go to the gym. An hour of cardio, and doubled the weight sets plus added weight.

And then I got really hungry - every. two. hours I had to eat something. I was so hungry by 11:30 that I slammed my lunch down. And still managed a ...

The Savage is an evil machine for long distances.

It is a fun, simple bike that is light and narrow and fantastic for around town and shorter trips.

But I am not woman enough to ride a Savage across the state much less the country, I think SCGurl is being very smart. It would just hurt no ...
