We have a garage, but it is just chock full of STUFF, including our two bikes, and the convertible hubby has been rebuilding. It still has a dirt floor (bad for tires) and it's really dingy and garage-y.

We watch these types of shows and just drool! I think my hubby DESERVES to have the garage of his dreams, but on many levels, it is not possible. Anyone I know that has such a thing, makes a boat load of money. We barely made a dinghy full!

But as the others have said, if you are interested in finding a candidate for the show, I'm IN!

welcome aboard, lmno...

sounds like a cool show... unfortunately my "guy space" is my garage, which isn't tricked out at all... i've talked about tricking out the garage or a room in the house, but real life has taken priority... maybe one day...

Thanks for all the replies! Diemonkey, the closet/desk probably wont work. Although it totally understand that being your "Guy Space." I used to have my office in a closet about that size.

We definitely want to find something crazy, unique, and with a TV cool factor. Whatever that means, ask the suits!

I live with two other guys, so the whole house is pretty much a "guy" space (unless our girlfriends are there, but we don't mind, because they do the dishes).

I doubt that's what you were looking for, but I figured I'd chime in, lol.

Cam, is the kitchen viewable from the living room? If so, take a few snapshots of you and your roommates on the couch drinking beer and watching football while the girlfriends are in the kitchen doing the dishes. Can't think of a better guyspace than that.

Not sure of any room that would be TV worthy in my house. However I do have a shed in the back yard with a built in motorcycle parking space, wall-size TV with 300 channels, a built in beer bar with 10 on tap and half a dozen monkey slaves dressed like midget clowns holding trays serving all my buds chips and beer. Would that count? If you need more, I could possibly force my friends to eat nasty products and let the audience vote them off my property (by shotgun of course).

Lol, as a matter o' fact it is! and that picture will be taken as soon as possible. Of course, they really don't have many dishes to do, all we eat is ramen (which, you can use the bowl exactly 3 times before you have to wash it), and all we drink is beer (which comes in it's own convenient bottle).

Wow, now THAT's using space wisely!! So when you go to sell your house you can add another room to the list! LOL

Eventually I'm going to tap into the AC ductwork and run a vent over the office, as it's small, and it's running a couple of computers it gets very hot. I have two fans blowing air across the room from the vent about 10ft away. Doesn't help much, but every little bit counts.

After the kids were all grown up and the second divorce was finished with I had local contractor build me a custom house. It's mine and all guy space. Pictures of motorcycles in the dining area, hallway, etc. . A garage set up for my bikes on one side and my 4WD on the other. A den and living room with a great sound system.

My present girlfriend is not allowed to stay for more than two nights in a row. I've got the place set up how I want, I'm happy with it, it's mine and it's going to stay that way.
