I have posted some events that are now past and was wondering if there is an easy way to delete. Delete this post button only appears on latest post in category.

No problem at all. Just let me know the links to the posts and I can delete them. You can keep them up for "promotinal" if you like if you are thinking about running the motorcycle event again in the future.

Better yet is there a way to post with an automatic delete date??

Yes, but only on a large scale (eg, forum size). It's called "Purging" but I can't set it for individual messages inside a forum.
