One of the front forks of my Rieju RR 50 byke needs fixing.
It slides easily up and down with no resistance.
I was told that I just need to change the oil in the suspension.
Any ideas how to fix it without having to pay for it ?

If the bike has telescopic forks (Like a bigger motorcycle) then the fork seals are probably shot, and most of the fluid has leaked out of your forks.
Even if you change the oil, it will leak out again because the seals are bad. You probably need to buy new seals.
